Great place to stay, plenty of room for our family with young children, super big tables inside and out. Lovely garden. Loved our visits to Rottingdean, Saltdean lido and the Smuggler's Rest for a nice Sunday lunch.

We thought the property would be good having read the reviews, but didnt expect it to be so lovelyIt was warm when we stayed so we ate and chilled in the garden which was very sheltered and secludedThe house is clearly loved by its owners who have thought of so many extra touches to make the stay quite special.A definite 10 out of 10
