It has a reserved and free parking space, in a fenced courtyard in front of the house; it also has a small shared courtyard at the back for bicycles or motorcycles.
The entrance, very welcoming, has a window overlooking the small courtyard, equipped with long laundry lines, very convenient for hanging linen, swimsuits and beach towels.
House & grounds
The apartment is on the first floor of an ancient residence, consisting of four apartments. The apartment is on the first floor of a pretty corner house built in the 1800s and completely renovated a few years ago; the house is a beautiful brick red color, has an ancient arched doorway, adorned with bricks; it has windows with traditional wooden shutters and an entrance staircase in terracotta, a period style.
The owner will welcome you on arrival and will be available in case of need. At departure, you will be free to leave the house on your own, within the time limit set for check-out. The owner will inform you about events and parties planned in the city and on the Riviera and, if you wish, she will be happy to accompany you for free in an orientation tour of the most beautiful areas of the city and the sea.
Location & surroundings
It is located in the historic center, in an area reachable by car.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and strategic position, in one of the most admired and photographed points of the city; within walking distance are all the monuments and major tourist attractions; the sea and the beach can be reached on foot in about 20/25 minutes; the train station is a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment overlooks the characteristic port canal (the "Porto Antico"), in one of the most suggestive corners of Rimini; it offers a splendid view of the bi-millennial ‘Ponte di Tiberio’ and the ancient and colorful fishing village (Borgo San Giuliano).
The two windows of the living area overlook the lively canal harbor and enjoy a splendid view.
The apartment is located in the center of one of the liveliest and most ‘cool’ areas of Rimini: just in front of its windows start two beautiful pedestrian paths, for romantic walks in one of the most loved areas of the city: the walkway suspended along the walls of the ‘Porto Antico’ leads to the ‘Ponte di Tiberio’, avoiding cars; just beyond the bridge rises the beautiful ‘Piazza sull’Acqua’, which offers relaxation in the green, beautiful sunsets and a breathtaking view. A floating walkway crosses the canal and leads directly into the heart of the 'Borgo San Giuliano': here, among the colorful alleys and painted houses, there are the most fashionable shops, taverns and clubs.
Leaving the house on foot, in a few minutes you can reach all the main monuments and the most interesting places in the city: -The Tiberius Bridge, the Borgo San Giuliano, the 'Piazza sull'Acqua', the 'XXV Aprile' park, the 'Visitor Center', the Cinema 'Fulgor', the 'Domus del Chirurgo', the City Museum , Piazza Cavour, the Vecchia Pescheria, the 'Teatro' Galli ', Castel Sismondo, Corso d'Augusto, the' Tempio Malatestiano ', the Arco d'Agusto and all the beautiful historic center of Rimini, always full of life and dense of events throughout the year.
The beautiful beach of Rimini can also be easily reached on foot in about 20/25 minutes, following an evocative cycle-pedestrian path that starts right in front of the house: along the canal, passing through the ancient Porta Galliana, and walking pleasantly, observing the sailboats, the fishing boats, the nets, the lighthouse, the pier and the Ferris wheel. The apartment is located a short distance from the station and from the main bus lines, to easily reach the Fiera, the Palacongressi or to visit San Marino, San Leo, Riccione and many other enchanting places. The city of Rimini, the riviera and the hinterland can be easily visited also by bicycle, thanks to the numerous cycle paths: if you have not brought your bicycles with you, you can easily rent them at one of the bike rental points in the city and on the promenade.

It was our first time in Rimini, and we picked this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment. The host, Angela, and her husband, are incredible hosts, the apartment was really clean, and everything was provided, it almost felt like home. Great amenities in the bedroom, kitchen, you won't be needing anything else for your stay! Thank you for hosting us Angela! :)
