The house has undergone a complete renovation in 2021, offering comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. The main level comprises a living/dining room measuring 32 square meters, equipped with digital TV and air conditioning, and access to the terrace and swimming pool. There is one bedroom measuring 16 square meters with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning. Additionally, there are two rooms of 8 square meters each, with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) in each room. The large kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also leads out to the terrace and swimming pool. A shower/WC is available on this level. The upper floor features a 12 square meter studio with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. There is another 7 square meter studio with sloping ceilings, ceiling height ranging from 50 to 190 cm, a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), TV, and air conditioning.
