The 'Las Islas' property is a 6-room terraced house spanning 370 square meters across two levels, suitable for accommodating up to 10 adults. You will find the interior to be spacious and bright, with some rooms featuring sloping ceilings. The house has undergone a complete renovation in 2021, offering comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. The main level comprises a living/dining room measuring 32 square meters, equipped with digital TV and air conditioning, and access to the terrace and swimming pool. There is one bedroom measuring 16 square meters with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning. Additionally, there are two rooms of 8 square meters each, with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) in each room. The large kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also leads out to the terrace and swimming pool. A shower/WC is available on this level. The upper floor features a 12 square meter studio with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. There is another 7 square meter studio with sloping ceilings, ceiling height ranging from 50 to 190 cm, a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), TV, and air conditioning. The top floor offers a living/sleeping room with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning.
