Charming, bright two-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4–6), featuring two balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains, fully renovated in February 2021.

- The balcony overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying an evening aperitif in the summer as the sun sets, and the south-facing balcony overlooking the lovely garden is ideal for breakfast in the sunshine.

Ideally located to enjoy the town of Evian in a lush, peaceful setting, the apartment is right next to the golf course, the main luxury hotels, downtown, and the funicular (900 meters from the Evian-les-Bains funicular: direct walking access to the lake, the pier, downtown, and the thermal baths), and the ski resorts.

Good to know
- The beds will be made upon your arrival.
- For extended stays, we offer to change the linens for a flat fee.
- Table linens are not provided.
- A final cleaning will be performed by a cleaning crew to ensure the apartment is clean and disinfected.
- If we are away, you will be greeted by our check-in/check-out service to pick up the keys. If needed, we remain available and ready to assist you throughout your stay.
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To accommodate everyone’s schedules, the key pickup time will be arranged between us.

Der Französische Standart ist anders als der deutsche der Boden ( wenn man mit nackten Füssen ) war etwas unauffällig beschmutzt aber ansonsten war die Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern.Spielplätze gibt es nicht also ich habe keine gefunden.Ansonsten ist die Stadt sehr schön und der See sehr sauber.

Vue magnifique sur le lac, environnement très calme mais un peu trop éloigné du centre ville compte tenu du dénivelé. Propreté sommaire du logement à notre arrivée mais appartement bien équipé. Nous avons passé néanmoins un agréable séjour à Evian.

Excellent logement, spacieux pour 5, très bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique !Nous étions au calme avec un accès rapide à la ville à pieds (ça fait les mollets pour remonter) et au funiculaire à 10 min (gratuit et très bonne expérience)
