The Albarè residence, in Marilleva 1400, is located within a large residential complex that also includes the Solaria Hotel. It is adjacent to the cable car that provides access to all the ski areas in the beautiful Val di Sole, in the Brenta Dolomites. The ski area offers 150 km of slopes for all skill levels, with easy access to beautiful towns such as Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo. The valley is also a delight to visit in the summer (rafting, hiking, and horseback riding).
The apartment is meticulously maintained, offering a cosy and intimate setting for a comfortable and relaxing stay after a busy day on the slopes. It’s the perfect place to feel pampered and admire the breathtaking panoramic view of the valley from a secluded and quiet location. The mattresses, sofa, and armchairs in the living area are new. The space is bright and functional. There is a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, while the fold-away double bed is located in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: plates, glasses, wine glasses, frying pans, pots, a kettle, a food scale, and, of course, an oven. Included in the price is a private parking space and the convenient “Sky Room” for ski storage, identified by the same number as the apartment: 1206. The cable car, providing direct access to the slopes, is right next to the building. The apartment is located in Sector 1 of the Albarè Residence, the closest to the hotel and strategically convenient for easily enjoying all the amenities of the Hotel Solaria, such as the bar, restaurant, an indoor Olympic-size pool, gym, tennis court, wellness centre with sauna, whirlpool, and sensory shower, entertainment, and a kids’ club—with a membership card available for purchase directly on-site at the hotel. The residence offers a free children’s play area, a game room with a pool table, a well-stocked supermarket (including local specialities), a tobacco shop, a newsstand, a sporting goods store, and a restaurant.
