Are you coming to visit Valencia? I invite you to stay at my house! You will be very comfortable thanks to its equipment and location.
It has two bedrooms with 1.35m beds with viscoelastic mattresses, which will be prepared and dressed with clean sheets for when you come.
There is also a "book" type sofa-bed in one of the bedrooms and a cheslong-style sofa-bed in the living room, which opens onto a comfortable and spacious 1.60m bed.
The main bathroom has a shower and there is also an extra toilet with a toilet with a built-in bidet cleaning system.
There is always shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, etc.
The open kitchen to the living room and equipped with everything you need to cook, there you will find extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, spices ..
There is a Dolche Gusto coffee machine for coffee lovers.
There are enough lockers for you to keep your clothes and you will always find clean towels as well as extra bedding in case you need them.
There are maps and prospects related to the city of Valencia and its surroundings so that it is easy for you to move around here.
You have TV and broadband internet with WiFi.
Building has an elevator and is located in a quiet street, next to all services, supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, metro and bus stops.
Less than 10 minutes walking are in Cuidad de los Artes, in the marina of Valencia, 3 large shopping centers.
Very close to the beaches, famous paella restaurants, etc.
The metro is 5 minutes walk away and has a direct connection to the city center and airport.
If you come by car, you can park on the street in front of the apartment.
It has no blue zone.
There is also a parking lot around the corner for 8eur 24 hrs.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche du métro, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de l’océanografic ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des illuminations nocturnes. L’appartement est d’un grand confort, la superficie, la propreté, la qualité des couchages… Tout est au rendez-vous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, no hay que pensar en nada. Por la ubicación está más o menos a la misma distancia de casi todo (un poco más lejos del centro, pero con un autobús que para casi en la puerta).En check in fue exceente, con un trato muy cercano y agradable.
