A truly stunning setting for a delightful apartment on The Esplanade with one of the best views in Woolacombe from the large floor to ceiling patio doors in the open plan living room.
The side entrance leads from the parking space into a small entrance lobby where the boiler and washing machine are housed. From here the door leads to an inner hallway where doors lead to the newly fitted shower room, the bedroom and the main living room with kitchen area.
The bedroom has new zip link beds so you can choose to have two 2'6" single beds or a king-size bed (please state on the online booking form when asked), wardrobe and dressing table. The window is to the side.
In the main room the spectacular view through the patio doors is breath taking. A leather 2 seater sofa, coffee table and dining table and chairs make up this lovely open plan room. There is a new 50" Smart TV and full Wi-Fi. The fitted kitchen is fresh, white and modern with integrated dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine in the entrance lobby.
Ready for the 2026 season, a fresh newly refurbished shower room with shower, basin with storage under and WC.
Outside down a few steps is the lovely sea-view patio with wooden twin chair seat and dining table & chairs. Two folding sun-loungers are available and are stored in the garden storage box on the patio.
With off road parking for one car and a lovely enclosed private patio area, this is a great choice for 2 people for a holiday by the sea at any time of the year. We welcome short breaks at any time of the year, minimum 2 nights.

We have stayed at Cliffside before but not since it's refresh under new ownership.
It is a lot fresher with some lovely touches.
