Overlooking the bay of Castel Meur, in a listed site, the house is surrounded by a 5000m² garden which descends to the shore.
The living room, the terrace and two bedrooms are oriented to the west and enjoy a very beautiful view of the sea, the coast to Perros-Guirec and the Seven Islands.
Two small sandy beaches are located 300m away and accessible on foot via the customs path.
In the main house:
- on the ground floor: entrance, large kitchen with fireplace, dining room, living room opening onto the terrace, bathroom
- upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with a sink (1 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds).
In an adjacent building, open only in summer, with an independent entrance and also overlooking the terrace: 1 large bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) and a shower room.

Ein wunderschönes altes Landhaus, mit hohen Decken, knarzigen Holzdielen und stimmungsvoller Einrichtung. Das ganze gepaart mit einer perfekten Lage und Blick auf Le Gouffre und das Haus zwischen den Felsen. Das Haus ist geräumig und üppig ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass die besitzer hier regelmäßig selbst wohnen!

Geprägt von der phantastischen und ruhigen Lage lebt man tagein-tagaus mit dem Meer, mit Ebbe und Flut, Wind, Sonne und Regen. Schlechtes Wetter gibt es nicht. Entspannter kann ein Urlaub nicht sein.
