Situated in the sought-after commune of Valbonne, just a stone's throw from the Mouratouglou Tennis Academy, La Bastide des Macarons is part family home, part holiday villa, and will win you over with its meticulous decor, antique materials and numerous travel souvenirs.

Within the grounds of the property, you'll have plenty of time to let yourself be lulled by birdsong and the morning run of squirrels, which you can watch from one of the poolside terraces. Just a stone's throw from the coast, you'll be able to combine a day at sea with enjoying the evenings on the Riviera, unless you're seduced by the charm of the village, whose quality of life makes it the leading commune in the Alpes Maritimes. This single-storey, fully air-conditioned villa has a very cosy living area, with a large lounge with fireplace; the double kitchen opens onto a large terrace which adjoins a beautiful Balinese-style swimming pool (9m x 4m).
A pool house completes the space, ideal for dining and relaxing with family or friends. La Bastide has 4 bedrooms with French-style ceilings, 2 double bedrooms with 160 cmcm beds 1 smaller bedroom with a 140 cm bed for an adult or 2 children 1 master bedroom, en suite with dressing room, overlooking the garden, swimming pool and small private terrace. With a large garden planted with ancient olive trees, this villa smells of Provence.
In the garden, planted with trees and flowers, you'll find a little bench here, and pots of flowers with Mediterranean essences there... a place to indulge in the traditional game of pétanque at the end of the day! The jasmine and lavender diffuse their delicate scents. Valbonne is a small, authentic village where the art of living reigns supreme.
Just 20 minutes from the beaches, Nice and Antibes, it's easy to explore the surrounding area and discover activities to suit everyone, whether you prefer the sea or the mountains. Depending on your aspirations, there are many activities to discover in Valbonne, including golf, the forest with the Parc de la Valmasque, trails for jogging, mountain biking, the Gorges du Loup, the Friday market that is very popular in the region, and evenings in the typical Place des Arcades.
