The apartment is close to activities suitable for families hiking, mountain biking, downhill skiing and walking on foot or snowshoes, paragliding, 15 minutes from golf Evian les Bains and Evian thermal baths and the beaches of Lake Geneva or the swimming pool.
I rent a beautiful luxury apartment T3 Savoyard style, located in a cottage, with 3 balconies of 12m2 overlooking Lake Geneva and the nearby mountain.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower and toilet). It is very pleasant and comfortable.
You can also use a private storage room to put your ski's, suitcases, etc .
It is equipped with all the comforts; TV, Nespresso, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, raclette ....
WIFI available free of charge. Free outdoor parking in front of the building.
Possibility to rent household linen (sheets, towels...) for the duration of the stay, at the price of 10€ per person.

Location conforme à l'annonce, très propre et adaptée pour 4 personnes (il faudrait un rangement dans la chambre avec les lits superposés), située au calme et proche d'une excellente boulangerie. Process d'arrivée et départ très simple.

De passage on a "juste" passé 2 nuits ... Cependant on a quand même apprécié notre séjour; surtout l'emplacement et la belle vue sur le lac etc.
