Close to the the beach and seafront. Set back from the street, & has off-street-parking for 1 vehicle & a courtyard. The cottage has timber beams, exposed brickwork & fireplace but has contemporary kitchen and bathrooms.

Great location. The place was exactly as advertised. Very quick communication. I had a little problem getting in at first, because of poor cell reception, so I couldn't get the code. I had to go to a place with wifi. It's not the fault of the property owner, just be aware that cell reception is difficult on this street. I would definitely book this location again.

Very nice property in a great position with parking that is a must I think for properties in Lyme Regis. The only down side was we were expecting a BBQ but when I contacted the host she said it had never been in her description but was on the Vrbo description somehow, but any way was fine without. The bedrooms were very spacious and all the cottage was well equipped

Everything you could want in the heart of Lyme Regis! Updated, clean, well-stocked home with comfortable beds. We appreciated the extra touch of leaving us cookies and milk to have with our afternoon tea. The location couldn’t have been better; an easy walk to most sights and restaurants. I can wholeheartedly recommend this home to others.
