Discover the Gîtes de Pehillo, halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse. This old farmhouse, renovated with its spacious south-facing swimming pool, is ideally situated in the middle of 17 hectares of wooded land, 5 minutes from Nérac (a town where conviviality reigns, bordering the Landes and the Gers). 3 independent stone gîtes with private terraces await you. Stay in our 4-person gîte. The gîte de La Sapinière. All comfort (classified 3 stars).
The gîte de La Sapinière is located in an independent building at the entrance of the domain and is not overlooked by the other two gîtes on the domain. It has its own private terrace and an adjoining veranda.
The Gîte de La Sapinière sleeps 4 people in 75m2 on one level and offers a large veranda, a living room with kitchen, lounge and TV (TNT channels). The kitchen is fully equipped.
Two bedrooms, both with king size beds, share a bathroom with bath and separate wc.
GITE EQUIPMENT : Washing machine, hoover, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3 drawer freezer, microwave, 4 burner ceramic hob with hood, toaster, kettle, classic filter coffee maker, crockery, 82cm flat screen TV, DVD player, towel dryer in the bathroom, fans in the bedrooms...
Outside, La Sapinière has its own private terrace with garden furniture, a large parasol, two deckchairs and a charcoal bbq syle weber (charcoal not included) and is not overlooked.
The rest of the domain, 17ha of private and maintained forest with private hiking trails, the ping-pong table, the large swimming pool are in shared use with the other occupants of the gîtes of the domain, in respect of each other.
Open from mid-June to mid-September, the pool (unheated) is quite large (6m x 14m. Depth from 1.20m to 2.20m), with a diving board and a pool deck with plenty of sun loungers and parasols for everyone to enjoy. A deckchair is provided for each occupant of each gîte. Access is fenced for the safety of children, a pool alarm is in place, as well as an anti-fall shutter.
The water is checked and the pool deck cleaned weekly, the grounds are maintained and the grass cut regularly. We will give you advance notice of everyone's visits.
The Pehillo gîtes are completely autonomous and are run in a spirit of togetherness and friendliness and we look forward to welcoming you with friends or family!
Gîtes open all year round. Minimum stay 2 nights (except July and August: 1 week minimum, from Saturday to Saturday). Monthly rentals possible between November and March.
Parties with outside music are not allowed.
Animals are not allowed.
A baby bed (sheets included) and a high chair are available on request.
Bed linen is provided, as well as towels and beds are made on arrival. Final cleaning is also included. But the gîte must be returned in good order.

mooi domein en lieve gastvrouw
maar het rook muf in de huisjes, vochtig, er was ongedierte maar wat ons het meest stoorde was de ongelooflijk harde matrassen waarop je geen enkele nacht goed kon slapen. Slaapgebrek heeft ons parten gespeeld , het leek net of je op een bakstenen grond sliep. Iederee...
