Our house is located near Figeac the garden is fenced, it is ideal for a couple with children, for hikers and people who love the sights but also the quiet.
It has an equipped kitchen which gives on the terrace, 3 rooms reads double, possibility reads bb, 1séjour dining room with connection Wifi, 1 bathroom and 1 TOILET.
The living space is 134 M2, a garage of 35 M2 all of full feet.
Access to the pool is through a door that is at the rear of the garage which makes it inaccessible from the outside and without vis-à-vis.
To discover: the town of Figeac at 10 minutes, its museum Champollion, its streets, its Saturday morning market and the night markets during the summer.
Rocamadour at 1h00 Saint-Cirq-Lapopie at 1h10 Conques at 50 minutes Chasm Padirac at 1h00 Cahors and its bridge Valentré at 1h00
