The apt. La Fuente will be new in 2019. Accordingly fresh and modern it is furnished. Two special features make this central city apartment: It is not in a large apartment building, but in a residential building with a total of only five apartments. Of which is next to our offered Apartamento La Fuente on the second floor & # 150; only the garden apartment on the ground floor and the small studio in the Atico occupied, the floor on the first floor is currently empty. This is favorable in terms of rest and possible disturbance of the peace. The second is the two large L-shaped terraces and a first free view, because no house is located on the main side of the terraces to the west just opposite. There is not an elevator & # 150; the two floors are taken over the stairs. Through a large Eingangstüt one enters the hall of the split into 2 wings, spacious apartment. Right goes into the living room with combined open kitchen and dining area and the first terrace. Left it goes to the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the second terrace. The terraces are in-between, so there is a terrace in front of every window and every door. In the hallways are large wardrobes with ample space for your holiday wardrobe as well as suitcases etc. An extra door in the hall leads to the washing machine and cleaning utensils. In the bedrooms are located next to the frz. Double or single bed still chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. The bedroom windows have both blinds and curtains and go to the quiet south / southwest. The living room has a normal living room furniture with a large, comfortable couch and modern consumer electronics. A total of 3 large patio sliding doors provide plenty of light and a pleasant living environment. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen except for a dishwasher with marble bar and chairs. On the terraces is a lounge set to sit and 2 sun loungers, which can be placed at will. The terraces have awnings.

Who wants to reach in his La Palma holiday like restaurants and stroll-opportunities on foot, also in good climate and still with manageable noise level & # 150; He will feel at home here at La Fuente.

Mooi appartement midden in Los Llanos met een heerlijk zonnig terras. Alle winkels op loopafstand. Het appartement is ruim met twee slaapkamers, lekkere douch. De keuken is goed ingericht. Op het terras fijne stoelen en ligbedden.
