The apartment of 60m2 is equiped with a queen size bed, it is not air conditioned but there is 2 big roof ventilators

The villa has a large terrace of 200m2 with panoramic view at 360 ° where children can play under the watchful eye of parents.
The pool area is located on a dedicated , closed area and closed keys.

The pool is 5x10m ,a 70m2 solarium has 9 sunbeds and outside armchairs and sofa, the terrace is partly shaded by a large tree close to the pool with an adjacent 250m2 flat lawn where children can play .
There is a 2nd garden next to the large terrace , wilder and more ornate with a campaign mind.
The impressive and varied views make a very zen and relaxing atmosphere.

There are 4 walks begining near the villa where you can walk during 1 to 4 hours.You can either join the river 'The Cagnes'or the mountains Baou de St Jeannet or Baou de la Gaude, you can also joign an oldTemplar farm.

Zen Villa is at 1 hour from ski slopes ( Gréolières les Neiges ) and 20 minutes from the beaches .
