Cozy detached villa located in a მშვიდ and residential area of Sa Coma, only a 5-minute walk from the beach and the town center.
The property is distributed over two floors and offers an ideal setting to enjoy peace and comfort. Outside, it features a well-maintained natural lawn garden, a spacious Roman-style swimming pool, and a large, fully furnished porch—perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor dining.
On the ground floor, there is a bright, separate living room, as well as a spacious, modern, and fully equipped kitchen-dining area with direct access to the porch and garden. This floor also includes a double bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a full bathroom.

Second time staying at this property we love it.The location is incredible got up for sunrise swims at the beach every day.we used the bbq couple of times as there are lots of lovely sitting areas.The poolIs brilliant for cooling off although is a deep pool with no shallow end but my kids aswelll as...
