The apartment is located in Tirso de Molina. It has been recently renovated and restored. The decor is clean, modern, fresh, and relaxing.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave.
The living and dining areas are spacious and bright, with enough seating for everyone.
The apartment has three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms complete with a rain shower; one of the bathrooms is located in the master bedroom.
The balcony doors and windows are new, including electric roller shutters to reduce noise and light, and air conditioning and heating units are provided in each space.
House & grounds
A member of my team will greet you at the apartment to give you the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We will always be in contact during your stay in case you need anything or have any problems.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are also prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and contract, as well as possible intervention by the competent authorities.
- It is mandatory to remove the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.
