Villa Floris is a fully renovated country house with 3 bedrooms, each with it's own airco and bathroom.
It is situated in the Solanas valley and is surrounded by beautiful mountains, 4 km from the Solanas beach with its cristal clear sea.
Skyscanner has named Solanas beach the sixth most beautiful beach of Sardinia! In the garden of the house you will find a little swimming pool and sunbeds to relax.
From the veranda you will look over the surrounding mountains and over a little orchard with mainly citrus trees.
At night you can enjoy your meal from the barbeque while admiring the stars.
Sometimes some land turtle (protected!) will pass by.
You are not allowed to disturb them.
The house has a livingroom with TV and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
Furthermore you will find wifi and on request a loading point for electric cars.
The water comes from a well and we recommend to drink mineral water from bottles.
Electricity comes mainly from solar panels.
The house is quite remote and one will need a car to get around.
The sandy road, (appr. 700m) that takes you to the house is a bit bumpy and not recommended for fancy (low) cars.
