As a curiosity, do not forget to taste their wine jelly beans. One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay. Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage.
If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage. All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host.

Should be aircon in lounge, pool not as clean as I would expect. A lot of money for an average villa.

The property is as laid out on the internet. A reasonable size and perfectly good, but not high-end. The outside balcony area is great, if a bit "plastic" and the pool area most enjoyable (although the pool is a little deep). About 3/4ml to shop, restaurants and the sea but it seems further in the heat. Overall a very good stay. Bring your mosquito repellent!

We booked this villa as a last-minute thing, having arrived at Mahon to find the apartment we had booked on the harbour was awful. We found it online, booked it, and within minutes were in contact with the agent who could not have been more helpful. He allowed us to move in at mid-day the following ...
