Long afternoons on the Catalan coast usually move between the pool, the beach, and dinners that somehow continue well after sunset, and this hillside villa near Arenys de Mar is designed exactly for that rhythm. Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, the house combines sea views, outdoor living, and easy beach access with enough privacy to make family stays feel calm rather than crowded.
Most mornings begin on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean before the day drifts toward nearby beaches or slower hours beside the private pool once the heat settles across the coast. Evenings naturally gather everyone back around the barbecue while the lights from Arenys de Mar begin appearing below.
Arenys de Mar Beach lies roughly 500 metres away and offers broad stretches of sand backed by seasonal beach bars and waterfront cafés. The town’s fishing port can be reached within around 6 minutes and is especially worth visiting in the late afternoon when the daily fish auction begins and seafood restaurants start filling along the harbour. La Riera sits nearby beneath rows of plane trees and remains the social centre of the town for evening walks and local markets, while the Museu Marès de la Punta can be reached within approximately 6 minutes for exhibitions dedicated to traditional Catalan lacework. Barcelona also lies within easy train distance for full-day visits along the coast.
Please note that Barcelona Airport is located approximately 56 km away.

This home is spectacular!!!My wife and I spent almost 2 weeks here - amazing views, convenient to everything (shopping, beaches, train, etc.) and a very quiet neighborhood. Amazing sunrises from the deck!The house was clean and in excellent condition. Marc responded quickly and was very helpful and excellent to work with!

Perfect house, clean, the pool is awesome! Airconditioning is really nice and overall the atmosphere of the house is perfect. Marc is also really helpful with all of his tips and puts in real effort to make it the best experience possible. Definitely recommend for a family vacation!

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm. Das einzige Negativmerkmal besteht darin, dass der Zugang zum Haus über 37 Treppenstufen zu erreichen ist. Für mobilitätseingeschrängte Personen nur sehr schwer zu bewältigen.
