Our charming apartment of 75 m2 – all comfort – is an invitation to travel thanks in particular to its exotic garden of 80 m2 and its beautiful hut; it is equipped with a barbecue thanks to which you can make delicious grills.

To cool off, we invite you to climb a few steps to enjoy an infinity pool with mirror effect, salt (small pool: (5m by 2m with 1m30m deep). Access to the pool is closed, secure and private.

Inside you have:

- Two bedrooms (1 double bed 140/190 and 1 double bed 160/200);

- A toilet and a bathroom (note that the bathtub is not accessible to people with reduced mobility); a washing machine is also at your disposal;

- A large living room with sofa, wifi and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas hob and extractor hood).

Travel light as all household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.)

The house is located 5 minutes walk from the city center.

You also have a parking space in our private courtyard.

Finally, the nearest beach is a 25-minute drive away. Salagou Lake is 25 minutes away and you are 1h15 from the Spanish border.

In Pézenas, during the summer period, you can enjoy the city's entertainment:

- Every Monday evening, “Les Estivales” take place during which you can discover the products of the region;

- Every Wednesday and Friday evening until midnight, it is the craftsmen who will welcome you, in their shop, located in the historic city center, and this, to make you discover their creation.
