Tram B has the tourist route of Bordeaux: Place de la Victoire, Musée d'Aquitaine, Hôtel de Ville, the Grand Théâtre, place Quinconce, Tourist office, the quays of the Garonne, the Cité du Vin and the seaside town in by the ocean, Arcachon (via Pessac). Just in front of the house there are the bus 9 return stops to Bordeaux train station (in 6-10 minutes you are at the station). Every 45 minutes there are trains to the Atlantic Coast. No need for a car to visit the city center of Bordeaux, the Atlantic Coast, Arcachon, Biarritz, Basque Country. You avoid traffic jams in high season. The stone house has a beautiful landscaped garden of 100 m², a large terrace with fountain, barbecue and upstairs a balcony of 18 m².
