Joyeuse, a pretty villa built in 1880, benefits from an exceptional location and a breathtaking view of the ocean, with direct and private access to the beach.
Conceived and fitted out to receive people, the villa Joyeuse will be entirely refurbished for the summer. On the ground first floor, it boasts a very spacious living room with a breathtaking view of the sea and a spacious, perfectly equipped, and furnished kitchen.
The bedrooms are just as charming, two of the three rooms have a direct view of the ocean, perfect for waking up to the sound of the waves. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
Last but not least: the garden. Enjoy lunch or a good book in the garden whilst facing the ocean. Kitted out with new and comfortable garden furniture 20 meters from the water, the garden has its own beach access with a private staircase. Inland there is another courtyard/garden, where you can easily park up to 4 cars or simply take your coffee protected from the wind.
The villa Joyeuse is located in the seaside resort of Ronce-les-bains, 5 minutes walk from the market and the shops.
Ronce-les-bains is ideal because of its geographical location which gives access to countless activities:
- Water sports with the sailing club of Ronce-les-bains or surfing and kite surfing on the wild coast
- Visit of historical monuments (Fort Boyard, Corderie Royale and L'Hermione in Rochefort, Fouras, Cordouan lighthouse ...)
- Golf (La Palmyre at 17km or Saint Palais at 22km)
- Restaurants and bars in Ronce-les-bains and La Tremblade
- Many beaches on the coast between Ronce-les-Bains and Royan
- Hiking or mountain bike rides in the forest of La Coubre
- Nightclub in Saint Palais

Emplacement de la villa incroyable, face à l'océan, véritablement les pieds dans l'eau. Villa très confortable, meublée avec goûts. Commerces à proximité, sans être obligé de prendre la voiture, à côté du casino de grandes qualités. Alentours très calme. Je recommande. Service de conciergerie à l'écoute.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances reposantes dans une maison parfaitement restaurée avec goût et dans un cadre exceptionnel, tout à porter de main; marché, boutiques, restaurants sans aucune nuisance auditive. Et les petits plus, les palourdes et le feu d'artifice tiré depuis la mer, devant la maison.
