-FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH A BAR (dishes for serving food and drinks, cutlery, utensils, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
-2 BATHROOMS (washing machine, shower, provided towels, hair dryer)
-LIVING ROOM (very comfortable sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, free wireless internet access, satellite, air conditioning)
-TERRACE WITH A SEA VIEW (table and chairs)
-BEAUTIFUL GARDEN FULL OF FLOWERS (3 deck chairs, swing, barbecue and children's pool)

-less than 3 min walk from the rocky beach and 10 min walk from the sandy beach
-less than 1 min walk from the beautiful park with a play field where you can jogging

One of the best experiences we have had in a privately rented out house. The owner was extremely friendly and treated us Ike family. The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed. We just stayed for one night but will definitely try to come back.

The host Marica was gracious and helpful. We really enjoyed visiting over Croatian coffee each morning. The location is wonderful and as described. We enjoyed the beach only a few minutes away. We ate at several restaurants with a spectacular view in the center of Stobrec. We even took the city bus back into Split and the mall.

Very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a two week stay. Plenty of parking and several excellent restaurants about a kilometer away. Highly recommended.
