The villa is in a very private location, but only a 15-minute drive from historic Todi and Acquasparta. Famous Umbrian cities (Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Terni) and parts of Tuscany are only a 30 to 60-minute drive away. Villa is just 90 minutes from Rome Fiumicino airport.

Villa has 6 King bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Lovely, yet comfortably, furnished so that several couples or families with children will all feel at home.

The property has a regulation-size Bocce court, an outdoor pizza oven & barbecue, and a ping pong table. Lavender bushes surround the pool, which has commanding views. It is well stocked with kitchen equipment, extra linens, pool towels, puzzles, books, and outdoor furniture. Linens & towels are provided.
