Enjoying a hillside position very close to the small villages of Cerqueto (3km) and Spina (2.5km) directly halfway between Perugia and Todi in Central Umbria, set in just over 1 acre of grounds with gardens, cypress and olive trees. The property offers 360 degree views of the hills of Umbria and the capital city of Perugia beyond. It is a quiet and tranquil country setting ideal for children and a family holiday yet conveniently close to the many cultural, artistic and culinary delights

La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La piscine est superbe. Seul petit bémol, pas mal de mouches du fait de la proximité de fermes et la maison reste très chaude !
À proximité de Perouse, de Todi et autres villes et villages magnifiques. Même si Marsciano n’est pas le village le plus excitant…

Magnifique maison de très belle qualité. Tout est très bien aménagé et avec goût. Moustiquaires dans la plupart des chambres. Belle grande piscine dont les enfants ont beaucoup profité et nous aussi.
