Full apartment with kitchen totally equipped to feel at home, ideal for long stays or smart working.
Unique experience in our spacious attic accommodation!. Located on the second floor of a lovely single house, surrounded by greenery, you will have access to a kitchen with direct access to the spacious terrace.
If you want you can prepare whatever you want, since it is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, induction hob and provisions.
Just like at home!.
Upstairs you will find your large bedroom with exposed beams and lots of light. You will be able to decide whether to look at the sky from the skylights, spread out on the bed, or close the curtains for a softer light.
It's a cozy attic with a full bathroom with shower. Don't worry about banging your head: the spaces are wide and high!.
Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning here; you can stay cool in summer and warm in winter, as you please.
Or you can immediately access your apartment, on the upper floor. On the first floor there is your kitchen for exclusive use with access to the balcony and terrace.
Outdoors
Immerse yourself in the silence of the large walled garden: a safe space where your kids and your four-legged friend can run, while you relax in the sun. During the hot summer days, you can immerse yourself in our pool designed just for you and perhaps prepare a barbecue.
In the dedicated garden area, choose whether to eat in the garden or on the panoramic terrace, in the shade of the large tents, overlooking a romantic sunset and the Alpine Arc.
As soon as you enter the gate you will find yourself in our walled garden and, depending on the season, you will be able to admire the foliage of the large trees or the flowers of different varieties from spring to autumn.
Here you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and aperitifs while sitting on the rocking or dining table, with a stunning view of the Piedmont Alps, in the shade of the large white tents.
Here in the evening, in the soft light of the lamps, it will be pleasant to sit on the sofa and relax in the cool and then go up to the attic in your totally silent bedroom with the singing of crickets in the background.
During the summer months cool off in the above ground pool located in the garden, next to a spacious furnished patio. Stretch out on deckchairs or directly on the lawn, read, sunbathe, or doze peacefully, in the company of your friends, family, and/or four-legged friends.
No parking problems; your car will be parked inside the spacious courtyard in the fenced garden.
House & grounds
Our reception is different. It is our custom to offer a coffee or drink to our guests in our tavern or garden, if you like.
One of my passions is cooking. I love sharing my cooking knowledge with guests and often offer them the results of this hobby.
My husband and I live in the villa with our two sociable, neutered dogs. We will share some spaces (entrance and garden) with guests. Guests will not necessarily have to interact with our dogs; there are gates that do not allow them to go up to the apartment intended to accommodate people.

Wat ons het meest beviel? Dat begon al bij de warme ontvangst met een drankje. Alberta en Giuseppe laten je direct thuis voelen. Hun warmte, persoonlijke aandacht en liefde voor mensen én dieren voel je overal.
We werden verwend met hapjes, proeverijen, streekproducten, wijn, Alberta’s zelfgemaakte...
Het grote nadeel aan zo'n fijn verblijf is dat het op de accommodatie erna echt afkicken is van al goede wat we ervaren hadden bij Alberta en Giuseppe.
