Welcome to La Maison Enchantée, a home of 120 sqm in the center of Goult village, renovated in 2019 to the highest standards. Air Conditioning / heat throughout. It is located in the center of Goult village, on a quaint and quiet street and is steps to all attractions, shops (grocery, cheese, butcher and bakery) cafes and restaurants. Easy and ample free parking steps from the home.

The ground level is the kitchen and dinning room. This large room, 40 sqm, has original stone arches and walls/ceiling. It is anchored by a large antique Provencal dinning table and a comfortable linen sofa. There is a a beautiful French Lacanche oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The second level, 40 sqm, is the salon with wood beamed ceilings, overlooking the quiet village street. Here you can relax while watching a movie on a new 65" Big Screen Smart TV (Netflix ready, local TV channels included). The room has several chairs for lounging and a large oversized sofa. There is a built in bar with refrigerator/ice and a stocked library. In the center of the room is an original (non-working) fire place made of Menerbe stone. In addition to the oversized sofa there is a queen sized pull out sofa bed, perfect for children or guests.

There is a small bathroom just off this salon. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and new facilities for washing and drying clothes.

The third level, 40 sqm, has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The large master bedroom has a queen sized bed and overlooks the quiet village street. The smaller second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, large rain shower and towel warmers.

There is easy access from the third level to the roof top terrace with amazing views over the village of Goult, the Luberon and Bonnieux. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy a glass of local wine at the end of the day while taking in the sounds and sights of the Luberon.

Goult is an historic village situated in the Parc Naturel Regional du Luberon. It will be especially enjoyed by history and nature lovers alike, and even more so by wine lovers. Restored with the utmost care, Goult has many beautiful buildings made of stone and ochre and there are numerous hiking trails originating at the top of the town. Cycling in this area is world class - quiet roads and beautiful scenery of the wine country.

Very Important: Please note, the home has 3 levels and some of the stone carved stairs have an irregular height. They add to the charm of the Provencal Village home, but could be difficult if you had mobility issues. There are iron handrails for your safety.

Goult is located in the center of the "Golden Triangle" of Provence / The Luberon, surrounded by Gordes, Menerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, and Rousillon. All a short distance from Goult.
