This family house, independent not overlooked, has a large living room extended by a large wooden terrace, which separates two spaces: on the left, looking at the sea, a master suite, a dressing room and a shower room with walk-in shower and a toilet. On the right, a corridor leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A TV room with a sofa bed is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
