Large shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Recent open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave).
TV lounge overlooking the terrace.
Some bikes can be made available if needed (on request, at little price, and paid at your arrival) and some outdoor games are available (molky, archery ...) 3 bedrooms (2 140X190 beds, 2 90x190 beds and 1 bench), recent shower room with washing machine. Bed and bath linen provided (excluding beach towel). Cleaning at your charge . Close to shops, and amusement park.
Bike trails nearby. 15 km from Les Sables d'Olonne and St Gilles Croix de Vie. Ideal for families who want to be quiet and enjoy the sea located 1,2 km away ( Beach called Plages des dunes, surf and paddle rentals and lessons). Deposit of 1000 € will have to be paid at your arrival.
Cheque is given back if no damage.

Maison agréable et bien située, stationnement aisé.Cette maison a un joli jardin avec un peu de vis à vis sur le côté gauche. Quelques problèmes pour allumer le poêle à granules et la communication par sms, n'a pas permis de résoudre ce petit souci.un investissement pour un canapé serait à envisagerEndroit calme et reposant.
