The Casa Pecosa bought in 2006 and restored piece by piece.
It is nestled between the Canary houses, with nice German and Canarian neighbors.
The result is a beautifully furnished house that nothing leaves something to be desired.

House and apartment can be rented separately.

House: 2 nice big double room
A bright bathroom (toilet, sink, urinal and bath).
Between the two rooms is the spacious kitchen, which is also the entrance area as well as access to the patio.

Apartment: 1 double, 1 single, 1 small kitchen 1 open living area and a large sun terrace.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

Equipment:
Sunbeds, washing machine, wi-fi, TV, charcoal grill, gas grill, heating, air conditioning units, refrigeration and freezer. Everything is there.

The house is ideal for self catering.

By car it is about 5-7 minutes to the sea and to the shops.
A small supermarket is just around the corner.

Walking down Fürt a beautiful way one should visit times.

500 m from the house is the Bar "La Viscaina" which has an incredible view and offers an excellent Cabra (Goat).

Down in the village there is everything your heart desires,
Gastronomy, shops, banks, what you just so exhausted.

The house is located on a hiking trail (el cercado).
to approximately 420 meters above sea level, there are about 60 steps to the house.

Here you can relax really well.

Should be ourselves because, for information only, we have a dog "Gerda".
Gerda is very sweet and quiet.
