The entrance to the property is through the garden, where you’ll immediately find a beautiful porch and an elegant outdoor living area with satellite TV.
The fenced-in garden, approximately 300 square metres, extends along the front and side of the property, offering privacy thanks to the curtains and the valley, which make the setting very secluded.
The main area is paved with teak and features the dining area, the relaxation area, and the sunbathing area.
Along the perimeter and on the sides, there is a beautiful English-style lawn and a lovely hedge that further ensures privacy.
To the side of the property, in a secluded spot yet still offering panoramic views, is the hot tub, which comfortably accommodates 4 people and is available from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October.
The outdoor area features an outdoor grill facing the sea , equipped with two grill grates.
The property also includes a garage suitable for a mid-sized car and an outdoor parking space.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit großer Terrasse/Garten und tollem Blick über den Ort und das Meer.Nur ein Schlafzimmer enthält eine vollwertige Klimaanlage. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist eine Kühlanlage aufgestellt, bei der die Lüftung über die Fensterläden erfolgt.

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute wurden wir perfekt durch Alessandro und Natalie betreut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Blick des Gartens ist einfach ein Traum. Wir haben dort jede Minute sehr genossen. Die Lage der Unterkunft bietet sich perfekt an für schöne Ausflüge.
