Magnificent architect's villa, of recent construction, in the heart of a preserved cork oak forest. Ideally located, at the foot of the Albères massif, 20 minutes from the beaches and in the charming village of Montesquieu, this little corner of paradise will ensure you peace and tranquility.
Outside, beautiful relaxation areas with garden, terraces and private tiled 7x3 swimming pool. Very nice living room with living room, dining room and American kitchen opening directly onto the terraces and the swimming pool.
Adjoining the living space, a suite comprising: Italian shower, double sink, bidet and toilet.
On the upper level, a half floor, the sleeping area composed of a master suite with Italian shower, double sink, bidet and toilet, and, another bedroom with 2 separate beds (90x200) and adjoining a bathroom with Italian shower, large sink with 2 taps and a toilet.
Also, private garage with automatic door.
As far as activities are concerned: hiking, greenways for bicycles, national parks (Cap de Creus, Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees, marine reserve of Banyuls sur mer.. etc.)
The region offers great discoveries both for its exceptional coastline, rocky coast (collioure), sandy beaches (Argelès, Barcarès, etc.) and for its mountain range (Font Romeu, Andorra).
And if you feel like it, just 1h30 away by car, Catalan Barcelona opens its arms to you, you can enjoy its festive atmosphere, its cultural heritage and much more.

Das stilvolle Haus ist wunderschön mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool, die nahen Strände mit tollen Strandbars und die immer hilfbereite und angenehme Art des Gastgebers ließen keine Wünsche offen. Danke Jean für die tolle Zeit!

Séjour d'une semaine de vacances en famille et entre amis dans cette magnifique maison située à Montesquieu des Albères.
La maison est de construction récente, parfaitement équipée et soigneusement décorée. Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des vacances formidables.
