The house in the square is a fine apartment, elegant residence in the center of Panicale in Piazza umberto I. It has a small terrace where you can eat, the living room has a beautiful view of the square and all rooms have a fantastic view of Lake Trasimeno.

Very cool in summer and warm in winter

We stayed four nights in this lovely apartment. We booked sight unseen and were more than happy with the accommodation. The place is ideally located on the piazza and offers tremendous views of Lake Trasimeno. It is ideally equipped and very comfortable. Our only regret was we could not stay longer. Elisa and her husband are excellent hosts and were more than helpful with our requests.
