The house is located on a sunny plateau (about 750 meters altitude) in the beautiful district Neubau the community Fichtelberg in Upper Franconia / Bavaria only about 300 meters from the idyllic Fichtelsee.

Inside, the house convinces with a kitchen, spacious living and dining area, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a large covered terrace. All rooms are on one level. Due to the relatively flat plot of this holiday home is ideal for people with special needs, families and seniors. The house is at the end of a street. Directly to the house leads a private road, which is open only to residents. To the center of Fichtelberg there are only 2.5 km, in which you will find everything you need for your well-being such. B. Post office, doctors, pharmacy, shops, gas station and supermarket as well as restaurants and hairdressers. The city of Bayreuth is 30 km away.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Der Gastgeber hat kleine Aufmerksamkeiten für alle Mitreisenden (auch Hunde) bereit gestellt. Für die Kinder hab es kleine Fußballtore und Gesellschaftsspiele sowie Bücher.

Bei der Ankunft war die Unterkunft eiskalt. Wenn man Gäste erwartet dann sorgt man dafür das es angenehm warm ist.Die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt sehr zu wünschen übrig.Das Geschirr, insbesondere die Kaffeetassen, waren dreckig.
