Here's a 5 bedroom, fully detached, luxury house just east of Birmingham City Centre in Marston Green that's impressive inside and out. It'll be clear as soon as you step into the property that your hosts have ensured this home-from-home gives all guests the most relaxing experience, with all rooms furnished to the very highest standards.
Ideal for friend or family getaways, as well as corporate stays for up to 9 people, your stress-free experience will start as soon as you arrive. That's because you can park right outside the house in private off-street spaces that mean you won't have far at all to carry or wheel your bags.
Let's take a look at what you can expect to find after you open your private front door:
THE LIVING ROOM
The main area for socialising in the house really sets the tone in terms of the modern, smart comfort you can expect to experience across the property. Get comfy on one of the two quality sofas, perhaps to enjoy watching something on the smart flatscreen TV. Or gather to talk, make plans. Or enjoy the view of:
THE GARDEN
Accessed directly from the living area through large patio doors, here's an outside space that's all yours. Great to relax in, or to work at the table or enjoy al fresco dining, or as a space to let the children play - the garden is fully fenced in.
THE KITCHEN

The kitchen makes cooking a real pleasure, with modern appliances, quality countertops and all the cookware and cutlery you're likely to need. There's plenty of space in the cupboard and 2 (yes, two) large fridge freezers to store everyone's favourite food and drink, (you can even have a shelf each). The kitchen also features a washer dryer, so you don't have to leave all your laundry until you get home!
A breakfast bar sitting area in the kitchen is great for enjoying a coffee or grabbing a snack.
THE 5 BEDROOMS
There are double beds, single beds and bunk beds across the 5 bedrooms. We'll leave you to decide between yourselves who sleeps where. Wherever you sleep, expect to find a comfortable mattress and quality bedding, plus puffed-up pillows waiting to make you feel cozy,
2.5 BATHROOMS
