Former Barn renovated in 2019 at the gates of Bergerac with swimming pool and view of the vineyards and Bergerac.
This house comprises on the ground floor a living room with integrated open kitchen, a pantry and a WC.
Upstairs two bedrooms
Each of them is equipped with a bed in 160 and two beds in 90, a private bathroom in the bedroom (Double sink and walk-in shower) and a separate toilet also private in the bedroom.
Outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
Swimming pool with sun loungers
Well located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre you can visit typical villages such as Issigeac, Monbazillac, Eymet, Beaumont du Périgord, Monpazier etc ...
You can also make a getaway around Sarlat, Les Eysies, Lascaux caves and the many castles of the Dordogne valley as well as many other tourist sites.
