Close to mountain biking, this smoke-free holiday home brings it all within reach.
Jump into your car and make short work of the 4-minute drive to Ponte del Diavolo or the 4-minute drive to Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta (and enjoy the property's convenient on-site parking in the meantime). Once you've returned to this 1292-sq-ft holiday home, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the balcony, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture.
For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the Internet and cable/satellite TV. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher, as well as cookware.
And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.
Other amenities include air conditioning, heating and a dining table.
