It is 14 minutes away from Monschau. Monschau is known for its medieval centre with half-timbered houses and narrow cobblestone streets. Monschau Castle, with its towers, towers over the town and serves as a venue for open-air concerts. During the Christmas season, a visit to the tranquil Monschau Christmas market is highly recommended.
Nearby is the Eifel National Park, which invites visitors to hike or bike along its trails. The popular Vennbahnweg trail runs right behind the house and is perfect for bike rides. The imperial city of Aachen, with its many sights, is a 40-minute drive away.
