The house (98 m2), with its private, idyllically landscaped garden (330 m2), is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a Provençal village that has retained much of its original character.
The house offers ample space for 4 people (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and features a private garden (330 m²) with 2 spacious terraces for exclusive use.
Ample space inside the house is provided by a living and dining room (39 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, as well as two bedrooms (each with air conditioning and a view of the garden), two bathrooms, and a spacious dressing room on the first floor.
Outdoors
With its lush, characteristic vegetation (cypresses, palm trees, oleanders, olive and fig trees), the private garden provides pure peace and relaxation.
Guest access: Guests have the entire house (98 m²) and the private garden (330 m²) with its two terraces all to themselves.
The small park of the former abbey (3,500 m²) and the swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 30) are also available for shared use.

This completely detached house is part of a former 18th-century abbey (small park, 3,500 m²; 16 x 8 m pool for shared use; secure private parking).
The house and garden are nestled in a quiet, secluded spot on the grounds of a very charming former 18th-century abbey, whose small park (3,500 m²), shaded by giant plane trees, and swimming pool (16 x 8 m) are also available for shared use.
The house is typically used by us and our families as a vacation home; it is made available exclusively to guests for only a few weeks each year. The furnishings and amenities reflect this accordingly. Nothing stands in the way of a getaway filled with comfort, charm, and a certain personal touch.
Location & surroundings
The location is ideal due to its close proximity to towns and attractions such as the Alpilles, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (9 km), and Avignon (15 km).
The house—or abbey—is located in Graveson, just a short walk from the town center. Everything you need for “daily life” (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, etc.) is therefore within easy reach.
The list of possible day-trip destinations is long. A few examples: Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the charming villages of the Alpilles (Eygalières, Les Baux, Maussane …) or the Luberon (Oppède-le-Vieux, Ménèrbes, Lourmarin, Gordes, Roussillon …), Avignon, Arles, Aix-en-Provence, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Marseille, Cassis, Uzès, Aigues-Mortes.
The area offers numerous, sometimes spectacular hiking opportunities (Alpilles, Calanques, Montagnette, Luberon). The sea and beaches are not far away (Camargue, Calanques). Among the region’s cultural highlights are the Festival d’Avignon (theater), the Rencontres d’Arles (photography), and the Festival de la Roque d’Anthéron (piano).

Le Prieuré est un site d’exception pour profiter des environs. (Avignon, baux de Provence et St Rémy, Arles ..)
Le petit village de Graveson permet aussi de trouver toutes les commodités utiles sans utiliser la voiture qui peut rester stationnée et parfaitement sécurisée au sein du Domaine.
