PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Panorama is a villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region within the San Bartolo Natural Park, in Pesaro.
The villa, located on a hill position, offers a panoramic view of the city and is furnished with fine furniture and antiques.
In addition to the beaches and the historic center which are located a few kilometers away, it is possible to visit many attractions including Baia Vallugola, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Gabicce Mare and the medieval borgo of Gradara.
Guests can benefit of a large porch equipped for outdoor dining and cooking and a swimming pool with hydromassage.
The owner, ready to satisfy every need, lives on a side below the property with independent access, respecting the total privacy of guests.
The property is totally fenced-in.
The swimming pool and the garden are for exclusive use. The villa is on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a reading room, a living room with TV corner and dining table with direct access to the porch and swimming pool area, an equipped kitchen with access to the back porch with barbecue area, laundry area and a service bathroom.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private terrace, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower.
It is possible to add a single bed in the anteroom of a double bedroom or in the reading room.
The villa area is under video surveillance; however, the service is deactivated when guests are present.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.
Window nets are installed on all windows.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt direkt über DHVillas gebucht und sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, die Beratung sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat alles perfekt geklappt – wir fühlten uns bestens betreut. Das Haus war ein absoluter Traum. Sehr empfehlenswert!
