This studio has just been completely redone. It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 18th century mansion which is 300 meters from the famous cliffs of the Alabaster coast not far from Etretat. The two nearest beaches are 1 km each. it consists of a sleeping area with king size double bed, a sitting area and a kitchenette. The set is very bright with three windows giving on both sides of this large room, two of which are oriented on the garden. A nice bathroom with walk-in shower and sanitary completes this studio of 25 m². future tenants will benefit from the garden of 4000 m² with relaxation area (hammock, sunbathing ...), barbecue and garden lounges. A garage is available to store bikes, motorcycles or other. This studio can accommodate a couple with a toddler.
