Here you can enjoy pure relaxation. A large house of modern construction with a fascinating sea view is available for two or three families (9 people + baby).
It is air conditioned throughout, heated and has multiple bathrooms.
Parking for several cars or two-wheelers as well as a private driveway are available.
The high-speed Internet can be used perfectly via satellite (Starlink!) and WLAN throughout the house. It is suitable for streaming and video conferencing.
TV in almost every room with German and international satellite TV; Netflix and Amazon Prime can be used with your own account.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is available.
It is about 800 meters to walk to the beach.
The house is located directly between the towns of San Remo and Imperia. To both places along the sea leads a flat bike path, bike rentals are on site.
Fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance or can be reached with a short 5-minute drive.

The pool is generally available between mid-June to early October.
The villa is kept up to date. For example, the air conditioning has been completely renewed and optimized in 2023.

Une superbe expérience. Dommage, nous n'avons passé que 2 nuits. Nous reviendrons dans cette magnifique maison (agencement et cadre le top). Merci à Ingo de faire profiter de sa propriété aux vacanciers.

Giulio e confronti prima del nostro arrivo con la proprietà (in lingua tedesco). Spazi interni soggiorno molto...

aggiungerei solo un corrimano anche sottile su tutta la lunghezza delle rampe scale interne che collegano il piano terra zona giorno al piano primo zona notte/camere, per sicurezza.

Tolle Woche in Ligurien. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, freundlich und zügig.
