Close to all the shops in the city center: Saturday morning market (1 min walk) bakery, butcher, bars / restaurants, shops, shopping, cellar visits ... The Avenue de Champagne is very close (3min) but you will be far from its noise and traffic. City covered by 4G - Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne classified as UNESCO World Heritage.
The apartment is located in a residence in the heart of the city center, access is by crossing several doors: exterior door with code (which I will communicate to you), SAS with key box then the door giving access to the 'apartment.

If you are by car: the easiest way is to arrive near Place Carnot, the apartment is located just before the entrance to the underground car park.
There are free places nearby in rue Léger Bertin.
Places are available in front of the apartment but paying from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.
The neighborhood and the city are very safe so don't worry about your vehicle.

For more details, the apartment is located behind Place Bernard-Stasi (formerly Place des Arcades) at the foot of the apartment, it is a pedestrian zone, it says "firefighter access" on the ground, the door of the building is red and just opposite there is a crèche called "les petits bouchons"

The first, we meet in front of the apartment. I will give you a full set of keys on your arrival after visiting the accommodation, explanations and advice.
Keep me informed for the time of your arrival that I can receive you in the best conditions.

The second, I suggest you collect the keys in my absence: once outside the door of the building, there is an access code that I will communicate to you.
Once in the SAS, my mailbox is at the bottom right.
On the left side, there is a key box with a code that I will communicate to you.
The keys are inside. The largest is used to open the key box for the SAS door.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, left side when you exit the elevator. This is apartment N ° 5 door on the left side of the corridor. The apartment opens with the other key (black)

Once in the apartment, you will have at your disposal all the information on the city, tourist outings, flayers from the tourist office with all the activities of the moment, a map of the city. My Wi-Fi code will also be available to you. I can also advise you on outings, bars and visits not to be missed.

In the back bedroom: a low cabinet to store your clothes and small belongings.

In the living room: a corner sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, WiFi…

The apartment is in very good condition and clean. I count on the future occupants to leave it in the same state when leaving without any damage or theft. I insist on respecting the neighbors, nighttime noise and excessive noise are not allowed in my house.
