Available from October through May for monthly rental, I’d like to present this charming one-bedroom apartment in the historic centre of Istres, a fully equipped 40 m² duplex.
All you’ll have to do is unpack your bags.
Located on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building with a beautiful view of the Notre Dame de Beauvoir church, close to all amenities (cinema, theatre, restaurants, shops, bus station, and train station). Free parking spaces are available within a 5-minute walk.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning
You’ll enter on the first level, which provides access to the bedroom. It features a 160-size bed with a memory foam mattress, a desk, a storage shelf, and a large closet. You can use this space to work. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available.
A staircase leads to the living room, which features a bar cabinet, a flat-screen TV, and a table for four people. The sofa converts into a bed for two people.
The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.
Finally, this main room leads to the bathroom. It is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a sink, and a washing machine.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Sheets and towels are provided.
