With its exclusive villages, this part of Germany offers the best conditions for a unique stay.
The centrally located apartment is on the ground floor and offers 52qm living space, space for 2 pers.
The comfortable, lovingly furnished apartment goes far beyond a standard rental.
It was renovated / modernized in 2016.
From the living room you reach the terrace / garden, where especially the summer invites the cozy lounge to relax.
The living room is equipped with a modern dining set as well as a cozy sofa.
The location is also ideal, as it is close to numerous restaurants and shops and yet is very quiet.
It is only 10 minutes walk to the lake or the shopping street.
The apartment is located between Rottach Egern and Bad Wiessee.
You will love my accommodation because of: the cosiness, the view, the calm and the location.
My accommodation is good for couples and single travelers.
Of course you can park your car on our parking space.

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet.Sehr ruhig, obwohl zentral gelegen. Im nahen Fahrradverleih hatten wir uns Räder geliehen und waren in 10 Minuten auf der Seestraße im Zentrum.Vermutlich werden wir wiederkommen.

Es ist eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit vielen Details. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, geräumige Zimmer und eine Vermieterin, die bemüht ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war einfach nur super. Wir haben uns in den sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gestalteten Zimmern sehr wohl gefühlt.
