SAGELAT
Sagelat offers a charming, basic and authentic accommodation for four people and a small child.
The house is near the village of Belves, voted 'one of the prettiest villages in France’ and is ideal for visiting the valleys of the Dordogne, the Nauze and Vézère.
All tourist attractions of the region are easily and quickly accessible. Inside The ground floor has a living room with sitting area, fireplace (decorative), old stone sink and a TV.
There is a kitchen open to the living room.
At the other end of the hall is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, furniture and office space.
Next to the bedroom, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and wardrobe space. From the living room, wooden staircase leads upstairs where the second room is located, with a bed of 120cm wide and a bed of 90cm and a small seating area.
There is also a sink. Outside Large terrace at the front of the house, equipped with chairs and a garden table, parasol, barbecue, overlooking the garden.

Large garden of more than 3000m².
There is an above the ground pool of 6x3. Environment Bergerac is at 50 km distances and Sarlat at 35 km.
Bastide de Belves with shops and small supermarket at 2km.
There is an excellent bakery at 2km.
For swimming you can go to the local pool in Belves or take a swim in the Dordogne Coux (10km), and Siorac (8km).
Two golf courses at Siorac (8km).

Logement bien situé ,au calme eloigné de la route principale .Entre les champs et la foret .La piscine est assez grande et a étée la bienvenue avec la canicule de cette année Les commerces sont a 5 mn en voiture .Bon nombre d'animations dans les localites environnantes .La dordogne ,et toutes les nombreuses attractions ne vous laisserons pas dans l'ennui .

Maison agréable à réaménager, exemple : petite commode dans chambre à l'étage pour ranger vêtements, prévoir plus de transats, quand on est 4 adultes ...2 transats... matelas grand lit étage inconfortable , chambre du bas très bien et très grande salle de bain pratique, grande piscine nickel
