This century-old building has just been completely renovated.
This 25-square-meter apartment has been completely redesigned by an interior designer, offering all the modern comforts within a charming historic setting. Ideal for tourists, business travellers, interns, remote workers, couples looking for a cosy nest, or as a temporary place to stay (during a separation, etc.).
Note: the staircase may seem a bit steep.
The apartment, located on the second and top floor, is bright (with windows on both sides) and peaceful. Its living room and kitchen face the Grand Place, offering a view of the church steeple and the town hall belfry.
You’ll be right in the heart of Armentières, literally less than a minute from its shopping streets, the Vivat (a state-subsidized venue of national interest for art and creativity), public transport, and a 10-minute walk from the cinema, the media library, the train station, and the banks of the Lys (the river that flows through the city, passing by the “Près du Hem” recreation area before continuing its course into Belgium).
The sleeping area is located at the back of the apartment—as is the bathroom—and the living room features a sofa bed (120 cm wide) that provides, if needed, an extra sleeping space for one adult or two children.
