Erbaea house, renovated in 2014, consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with kitchenette and sofa bed or double bed. the apartment enjoys all the comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Erbaea house is about 5 km. from the sea and shops
to reach it they walk about three kilometers. of a private road surrounded by olive groves, the road is partly paved and partly gravel, but you can follow it with any car.
From March 2017 there will be a big news at Casa Erbaea, a magnificent outdoor miniature pool with 5 seated seats and a hot-water chaise longue all year long. The bathtub will be shared only with the owners.

Erbaea Haus ist ca. 5 km. 3 Km vom Meer und von den nächsten Geschäften entfernt, Man braucht mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten um sie zu erreichen. Es ist absolut ruhig an einer Privatstrasse gelegen, umgeben von Olivenhainen. Die Straße ist teilweise gepflastert, sie kann mit jedem Auto befahren werden.
