A private basketball court, a heated pool and long evenings around the outdoor dining table make this four-bedroom home in Zaton Bay a welcoming base for a holiday near Dubrovnik. With space for up to eight guests, it combines comfortable interiors with 280 m² (3,013 sq ft) of secluded outdoor space.
Much of your stay can be enjoyed outside. The covered terrace brings together a summer kitchen, large barbecue, dining area, bar seating and TV, so preparing dinner can be part of the evening’s fun. There’s lounge seating for everyone to settle in, a hammock for quieter moments and a private hot tub for a relaxing soak.
A few steps above the main terrace, the private heated pool has its own sun deck with loungers and parasols. Between swims, challenge the family to table tennis or head to the private basketball court for a friendly game. Two stand-up paddleboards and two bicycles are also available for guests to use free of charge.
Inside, Mediterranean stone details and modern furnishings give the home a relaxed, welcoming feel. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area with a large table, while the living room offers two sofas, satellite TV and access to a sea-view balcony.
The bedrooms are arranged across two floors, with two on the lower level and two beneath the sloping attic ceilings. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, and the remaining two have twin beds that can be joined on request. Three bathrooms complete the accommodation.
The location makes everyday holiday essentials easy to reach on foot. The beach, grocery shop, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy and a bus stop with direct connections to Dubrovnik are all within walking distance. Dubrovnik’s historic Old Town is approximately 5 miles (8 km) away.

Irena was an absolutely fantastic host. She met us upon arrival and introduced us to Croatia the right way - With snacks and ideas on things to do. The property was clean and had many things to do on site. Outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, basketball, table tennis...Just an awesome place to hang out...
